Balance should be worked by any player to gain in efficiency. It is easy to work and can be pretty fun too.

The most convenient and inexpensive way is too use stability balls or balance discs. Standing, sitting or even lying on them will allow you to do a bunch of different drills that will improve your balance

A very famous tool to work on your balance is a BOSU. This is a little bit more expensive than balance discs but it will allow you to more challenging drills and the results are great.
Finally you
can get wobble boards. You can find different kind from easy to more advanced level. You can use those boards to do some shadows while standing on them with one or two legs. They are also very helpful to strengthen or rehabilitate your ankles.
